- Reservations are subject to approval by Library administration.
- If you require assistance with setup, or you need to check out equipment, you must visit the TBRC Library front desk at the date and time of your reservation.
- If you are offering food, then you must request extra garbage cans by submitting a work order to tampafacilities@nova.edu.
- Cancellations can be made by following the link in your confirmation email.

The TBRC Library 3rd Floor Commons
Collaborate, present, and host open events in a semi-modular space
Please use the scheduler below to select your desired dates & times.
- The 3rd floor Commons can be reserved in one hour intervals up to a maximum of four hours per day.
- This area has limited control and should only be reserved for events that allow walk-ups and passersby.
- The 3rd floor Commons can be reserved by any NSU faculty, staff or student organizations for certain open events. Examples include:
- Poster presentations
- Animal therapy events
- Noise-controlled recreation events
- Student organization presentations/events
- The 3rd floor Commons can NOT be reserved for:
- Study purposes (the room is open for students to study when not reserved for events)
- Regular classes as a classroom
- Any programming with music or loud noise
- Tables & chairs
