- Reservations are subject to approval by Library administration.
- If you require assistance with technology setup, or you need to check out equipment, you must visit the TBRC Library front desk at the date and time of your reservation.
- If you need to re-arrange furniture, then you must submit a work order to tampafacilities@nova.edu.
- If you are offering food, then you must request extra garbage cans by submitting a work order to tampafacilities@nova.edu.
- Cancellations can be made by following the link in your confirmation email.

The TBRC Library VR & Collaboration Room
Collaborate, present, and host events in a modular space with versatile display technologies
Please use the scheduler below to select your desired dates & times.
- The Collaboration Room can be reserved in one hour intervals up to a maximum of four hours per day.
- The Collaboration Room can be reserved by any NSU faculty, staff or student organizations for certain events. Examples include:
- Faculty development meetings
- Faculty/staff workshops
- Staff presentations/events
- Student workshops
- Student organization presentations/events
- The Collaboration can NOT be reserved for:
- Study purposes (the room is open for students to study when not reserved for events)
- Regular classes as a classroom
- Any programming with music or loud noise
- Five mounted TVs which can be mirrored for presentations, or used individually
- Sony HD Video Camera (Check out at Circulation Desk)
- Snowball microphone for audio recording
- Zoom/GoToMeeting Ready
